The customer booking portal was something that Raya never asked for, but the team at Belli observed how painful it was for the commercial teams at Raya to process reservations manually.

The customer booking portal allows freight forwarding customers to search capacity, book & edit flights, and track their air waybills on their own without communicating with the team at Raya.
