This update introduces significant improvements to shipment handling, particularly for offloaded cargo and flight scheduling, alongside better data consistency for ULDs and HS codes.
New Shipment Reversal Flows
We’ve added two key actions to prevent shipments from getting stuck in the "Lying List" and to ensure a clear audit trail:
- Cancel Acceptance: You can now pull back a shipment before build-up. This moves the AWB back to a bookable state and removes it from the lying list.
- Return to Customer: For offloaded or rejected shipments, you can now trigger a formal "Return to Customer." This requires a reason code, updates the AWB status, and archives the item from the lying list.
Flight & Itinerary Safety
- Manifest Warnings: Belli now detects if you are removing a flight from an AWB that has already been built up or manifested. You will receive a high-signal warning listing the affected flights before changes are saved.
- Automated Airline Detection: On flight forms, the system now automatically detects and validates the airline code based on the flight number prefix (e.g., "SQ" for Singapore Airlines), reducing manual entry errors.
Cargo & Compliance Improvements
- HS Code Mapping: We’ve seeded a comprehensive list of Special Handling Codes and HS Codes with an improved selection input. This ensures better mapping of FWBs into order data.
- Standardized ULD Specs: ULD maximum weight, volume, and tare weight are now derived directly from the linked ULDType. This ensures consistency across your entire fleet and prevents data drift when equipment specifications are updated.
Logistics & Status Accuracy
- Replanning Logic: Shipment statuses now update more accurately after replanning from the lying list. Full offloads transition to "Shipment Replanned," while partial offloads correctly maintain a "Shipment Split" status.
- Persistence: Fixed an issue where sidebar states would reset when refreshing the Settings page, ensuring your navigation remains consistent.
