Smaller airlines typically ask us to replace their cargo system.  Larger airlines airlines usually start by asking us to replace manual proceses on top of their legacy cargo system, and then over time, we’ll replace out their entire legacy system.

Contingency Based

Other airlines aren’t sure where to start (Do I replace my software?  Do I start implementation with my commercial team or my finance team?) and sometimes might also lack capabilities or personnel, as implementing fancy new cargo software usually doesn’t change things overnight.  For airlines that are looking for a risk-free arrangement, we offer contingency-based projects.  Here’s how it works.

1) Operations Audit

First, we start by spending a day on-site with your airline auditing how your individual teams manage their cargo operations.  We quietly observe how they manage their workflows, and the output is (a) an end-to-end workflow of your cargo data (b) an explanation on why some problems are happening and (c) a rough idea of the financial impact.
