Belli's mobile app supports warehouse teams with their acceptance and build up, streamlining their processes significantly.

Acceptance

Accepting shipments has never been easier: simply scan the air waybill and verify the details, that's it!

In the acceptance tab, new airway bills can be scanned using the phone's camera or captured using manual input.

‍

After scanning, shipment information like dimensions, weight, and nature of goods can be adjusted conventiently in the app.

‍

It's even possible to add comments on or pictures of the accepted shipment!

Teams can use the mobile app to speed up their build-up process. Simply select a flight, scan the air waybill and add the shipment to a ULD.

The build up screen provides options to continue working on recent sessions or browse upcoming flights.

‍

New air waybills can be added by scanning their barcodes with a mobile scanner or using manual input.

‍

You may choose a ULD before or after scanning the air waybills for maximum flexibility.
