Ad hoc and programme charters
A one-off charter and a repeating programme are commercially different. However, they are stored the same way.
All-in pricing
A charter can be quoted as one lump sum, split across its air waybills by weight. With all-in pricing on, only tax is added to it; with it off, surcharges stack on top.
Fuel indexes maintained separately
Charter pricing that moves with fuel needs an index to move against. Indexes are kept in one place and referenced by contracts.
Rotation legs and cancellation terms
Round trips, backhauls and technical stops are added as legs. Cancellation terms are frozen on the contract when it is signed.
