Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use belli.ai or the Belli platform, including how fees and payments work.

Who we are
BELLI AI PTE. LTD. (“Belli”, “we”, “us”) is a company incorporated in Singapore, UEN 202406286W, with its registered office at 109 North Bridge Road, #07-22, Funan, Singapore 179097. You can reach us at info@belli.ai.
What these terms cover
Belli builds cargo management software for airlines, ground handlers and their partners. We sell to businesses only. We don’t sell to consumers, and we don’t carry, book or sell cargo space ourselves.
These terms apply to:
- the belli.ai website;
- the Belli platform, including the web app, the mobile app and the booking portal that an airline offers to its agents, for anyone using it without a separate signed agreement with us.
If your organisation has signed an agreement with Belli (for example a master services agreement or an order form), that agreement governs your use of the platform. Where it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.
By using the website or the platform you agree to these terms. If you use them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
Accounts
Access to the platform is given by your organisation or by the airline you work with. You must keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell your administrator, or us at info@belli.ai, straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done under your account.
We may suspend an account that is being misused or that puts the platform or other users at risk.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website or platform for anything unlawful, including shipping goods that the law or the airline does not allow;
- enter information you know to be false, such as shipment details, weights or declarations;
- try to get into accounts, data or systems you haven’t been given access to, or test their security without our written permission;
- interfere with or overload the platform, or copy, scrape or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows;
- resell or share access to the platform without our written agreement.
Fees and payment
Airlines and other customers pay Belli the fees set out in their signed agreement or order form, on the terms and in the currency stated there. Unless the agreement says otherwise, fees exclude taxes.
Agents using an airline’s booking portal. Some airlines let their agents pay in advance by keeping a prepaid balance in the portal. Agents top up that balance by bank transfer or another method offered in the portal. These payments are processed by a licensed payment provider such as Xendit, and the provider’s own terms also apply to the payment. When a top-up is confirmed, the amount is added to the agent’s balance with that airline and is then used for that airline’s bookings and charges.
Prices for carrying cargo, and the airline’s conditions of carriage, are set by the airline, not by Belli. Questions about a booking, a rate or a charge should go to the airline first.
Card and bank details are entered on the payment provider’s or the bank’s own page. Belli does not receive or store them.
Refunds and cancellations are explained in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Your data
The data you or your organisation put into the platform stays yours. We use it only to provide and support the platform, as set out in your organisation’s agreement. How we handle personal data on the website is explained in our Privacy Policy, and the providers behind the platform are listed on our Subprocessors page.
Our intellectual property
The website, the platform and everything in them that we created, including software, designs, text and logos, belong to Belli or our licensors. You may use them only as these terms or your organisation’s agreement allow. Customer names and logos on the website belong to those customers.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely to improve Belli.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the website and the platform available and secure, but we can’t promise they will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. Service levels, where they apply, are set out in your organisation’s agreement. We may update or change features. If a change takes away something important that your organisation pays for, we will tell it in advance.
Liability
Except where your organisation’s agreement says otherwise, the website and the platform are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data;
- our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid to Belli for the platform in the 12 months before the claim, or SGD 100 if no fees were paid.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using the website or the platform at any time. Ending a signed agreement follows the terms of that agreement. We may suspend or end access for anyone who seriously breaches these terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If a dispute comes up, please write to us first and we’ll try to resolve it. If we can’t, the courts of Singapore will decide it, unless your organisation’s agreement provides otherwise.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the website or the platform after a change means you accept the new terms.
